Everyday duties included Windows NT network support, such as user maintenance, backups, troubleshooting, and help desk support.  Network includes 10+ Windows NT and Terminal servers, a WAN connection between two company locations and 50+ Windows NT workstations. Two Citrix and Terminal Servers serve 200+ remote users. Essential experience in building and maintaining firewall or proxy server  for both NT and UNIX platform.  Have implemented security for NT network. Have programmed routers and used NT server as a router.

Also involved as a programmer in the development effort on several projects. Essential experience in developing Client/Server applications on MS SQL platform using VB, MS Access/VBA and Visual C++ applications as a front end. Participated in design and construction of a Job Tracking system, Northwest Airlines fulfillment and certificates project, MLT Vacations fulfillment project.  Currently working on interactive web application for Northwest Airlines using Cold Fusion and ASP.
